Naz Balkan Gürses
ChairmanNaz Balkan Gürses has more than twenty-two years of experience in the Medical Sector. She held many positions as well as the General Manager position in Kurt & Kurt and Hitachi Healthcare Turkey companies. Following her Business Administration education at the University of Hertfordshire in England, she attended the Business and Management program at Harvard University. As Chairman of the Board of Directors, her goal is to make IFL Pharma one of the leading companies in the global healthcare market.
Fırat Balkan
General ManagerFırat Balkan graduated from Mining Engineering Department at Middle East Technical University. He has extensive management experience in the Automotive and Telecommunications infrastructure construction sectors. He held managerial positions at Reysaş İnşaat and Subaru Ankara. Fırat Balkan, a Professional Diving Instructor and captain, works as General Manager at IFL Pharma.
Dr. Mahir Tulunay
Operations and R&D DirectorIn addition to his over seventeen years of Quality Control and R&D experience, Mahir Tulunay worked as a lecturer in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Yeditepe University. After working as Stability Officer at Novartis Pharma, Tulunay worked as an auditor and consultant in various international and national companies. He is responsible for R&D and Operations at IFL Pharma.
İlker Karakuşcu
Sales and Marketing Directorİlker Karakuşcu is a Sales Manager with over twenty years of experience. After various sales positions in international companies such as Colgate Palmolive and Reckitt, he worked as a Director at Vileda and Hobby Kozmetik companies. He assumes the responsibility of Sales and Marketing management of IFL Pharma. He works on product development, design, market research and sales structure creation.
Emre Tombuloğlu
CFOEmre Tombuloğlu has twenty years of independent auditing, corporate company management, investment banking and strategic consultancy experience in the healthcare industry. He received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Babson College. Tombuloğlu has been involved in many merger and acquisition projects and provided strategic consultancy services to global healthcare companies. As the CFO of IFL Pharma, he is responsible for the planning, implementation, management and execution of all financial activities.
